What is Fanci Veor Return policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or limited-edition pieces (if specified at purchase)

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or product changes (subject to availability).
• If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund  

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
